Barbara Fox is a painter recognized for watercolor and oil mediums, still life, landscape, and floral subjects. Fox's meticulously crafted paintings are exhibited and collected internationally, have received numerous awards, and have been selected for publication in fine art books and magazines.

Her paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions in museums and galleries throughout the United States, including the Phillips Museum of Art in Lancaster, PA; the Millicent Rogers Museum in Taos, New Mexico; the Arnot Art Museum in Elmira, NY; and The Neville Museum in Green Bay, WI. Fox is a Signature member of the National Watercolor Society and the International Guild of Realism, among others.
