Dáire Lynch
Dáire Lynch is a Dublin-born artist who currently resides in County Mayo in the west of Ireland. Born in 1980, he is a self-taught painter, though Dáire Lynch he studied drawing in BCFE, Dublin. He also is a qualified sound engineer and multi-instrumentalist. Dáire has featured in several online exclusive shows with the Zhou B Art Center, such as 'Adorn me' and 'Figurative Realism' and published in the associated issues of PoetsArtists magazine, as well as exhibiting in the group Show 'Visions of Venus, curated by Dr. Elaine Melotti Schmidt. His work has also been featured in group shows in RJD Gallery, New York, Abend Gallery, Denver, Colorado and Rehs Contemporary Galleries, New York.
With a boundless reverence for life and the human form, he has birthed a world where the nuances of humanity are brought to the forefront and propose an emotive journey to the viewer. He is a self-taught artist, though did complete an advanced drawing course with full distinctions. He is also a qualified sound engineer and multi-instrumentalist. When not painting or creating, he can be found in the wilds of Connemara, be it woods, lakes, or the powerful Atlantic Ocean.
